Private manager

Private manager moves the manager’s operational state and telemetry into infrastructure you operate. Hosted Alien can still participate in project, release, setup, and fleet workflows.

Start with Private manager configuration. Generate the current standalone template with alien serve --init and treat that generated file as the source of truth.
