Deployment portal updates

The deployment portal can now be branded from the CLI. alien projects portal set changes only the fields you pass:

alien projects portal domain sets the portal's own domain, and alien projects portal get prints the appearance, the domain status, and the Google sign-in settings.

Setup links can also send the admin back to your product. returnUrl adds a Back to link to the top of the portal. refreshUrl is where an admin lands after opening an expired or revoked link, so your product can sign them in and create a new one.

  • Resources by category: the portal groups a deployment's resources into categories, closed by default and opened on progress or failure
  • Favicon: set in Settings → Deployment Portal or with --favicon-url
  • Display names: resources added by setup checks have readable names
