Changelog

Log forwarding

Projects can now forward their logs to the tool your on-call already watches. Open Settings → Integrations and choose Datadog, Coralogix, Axiom, or Custom OTLP.

Each project has one log destination, and it applies to all its deployments. The endpoint must be HTTPS, and Send test log checks the connection. Pause forwarding stops delivery without losing the configuration.

Logs are also easier to read. Alien parses each stdout and stderr line, and a JSON line from a common logger becomes a readable message with its level and fields. This works for Pino, Winston, Bunyan, Rust tracing-subscriber, Go hclog, python-json-logger, structlog, and Loguru, with no configuration.

  • Kubernetes: collect logs through the Kubernetes API or a Fluent Bit DaemonSet
  • Metrics history: CPU and memory per replica, from the last hour to the last 30 days
