Initial setup recovery
When initial setup fails, rerunning it now resumes the failed attempt. The customer's admin fixes the cause, like a missing cloud role, and runs the same command again:
acmectl deploy --config deployment.tomlBefore, the admin had to retry the deployment first, and the retry didn't start anything on its own. Now the rerun is the retry.
Initial setup with CloudFormation or Terraform also survives a closed tab. The portal reserves the deployment when the admin launches, so a refresh or another browser opens the same deployment with its original settings and credentials.
